Yes. You can describe the device, fault pattern, and meaningful images to us in advance and receive a free initial assessment without directly commissioning a paid diagnosis. However, a reliable fault determination is only possible after technical inspection.
A diagnosis fee is charged as soon as you commission a technical inspection. If the repair is approved, this fee is offset against the repair costs.
If you decline the cost estimate, we send the device back to you unrepaired. In this case, you only pay the incurred diagnosis fee and return shipping.
Yes. The statutory warranty applies to the repairs we carry out. It applies to the components that were actually repaired or replaced.
